At bTop Doctors Group /b, we’re seeking a bClient Manager Data Support /b professional who will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with clinics and healthcare organizations within the Top Doctors ecosystem. Your mission is to ensure an excellent client experience, identify opportunities for business growth, and leverage data insights to optimize performance and drive cross‑selling initiatives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the onboarding and setup of clients on the Top Doctors platform (organisations, journeys, users, alerts, tags, etc.), including guidance on the use of tools and functional aspects. /li liMaintain continuous communication and strong relationships with clinics and healthcare clients. /li liIdentify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities through data analysis and client insights. /li liMonitor potential partner engagement (PPE) and detect new collaboration opportunities. /li liMaintain and update client data, including review migration, redactions, and configuration changes to optimize performance and maximize return on investment. /li liDesign and manage advanced Excel dashboards and reports to monitor performance, KPIs, and ROI. /li liSupervise and optimize API connections and data integrations with external platforms. /li liOversee key operational and strategic processes to improve client management and efficiency.



/li liCoordinate internal teams and create follow‑up tasks to ensure the timely execution of client needs. /li liSupport business growth initiatives and provide data‑driven recommendations to Sales and Marketing teams. /li liReview and validate deliverables such as monthly reports before distribution. /li /ul h3Minimum Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in account management, client success, or business intelligence — ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or digital services. /li liStrong understanding of data visualization, reporting, and KPI management. /li liFluent English is required. /li liWillingness to adapt to new procedures and tools. /li liTechnical Skills: Proficient in tools such as Outlook, Dynamics, Admin, Zoom, Teams, and Excel.
