We're looking for a Project Accountant to join our Finance Team in Spain, responsible for ensuring compliance with established global processes and accurate reflection of business transactions in the financial records of all G+D legal entities. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Order Intake Management: /h3 ul liServe as the go-to person for the Sales team, overseeing all aspects of the global Order Intake Registration Process.



/li liHandle the receipt, verification, and registration of customer orders, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met. /li liProactively address and resolve issues with unregistered orders. /li liEngage in consistent monthly coordination with local teams to streamline order intake processes. /li /ul h3Project Accounting: /h3 ul liCreate, configure and maintain customer projects and Service Contracts in SAP. /li liMonitor customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle. /li liCoordinate cross-functional activities with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and operational processes. /li liEnsure data accuracy within the system, as entered by local teams. /li liWork closely with Project Managers to confirm Final Acceptance and ensure timely project closure in SAP. /li liLead revenue and cost recognition for customer projects following Final Acceptance confirmation. /li liSupport local teams during month-end closing. /li liCoordinate and monitor resource-related billing activities conducted by local teams. /li liPlay a key role in system migrations and the rollout of new processes and tools. /liliManage and maintain various Excel spreadsheets crucial for daily operations and reporting. /li liTackle any additional ad hoc tasks as needed. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in business administration or equivalent is required /li liMinimum 2 years of professional finance experience in a multinational company,



preferably in accounting or controlling /li liKnowledge of SAP and CPQ is a plus /li liProficiency in Excel is required /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on establishing efficient processes and routines /li liOrganized and detail-oriented with a clear, structured working approach /li liEffective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders /li liCapable of managing multiple tasks/projects and high-pressure situations /li liStrong sense of ownership, combined with a team-player attitude /li liProficiency in English is mandatory both written and spoken; any additional languages are highly valued /li /ul pWe value open-mindedness and respect for different nationalities and cultures.
