ph3Role Summary /h3pWe are currently looking for an Operational Due Diligence Officer to support our Luxembourg department in charge of due diligences focused on fund administrators and depositaries. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport due diligence (initial / ongoing) oversight reviews on the fund administrators, depositaries, including questionnaire and standard pack documentation review, financial statements, structure charts, organisational charts, licences, KPIs and SOC reports. /liliMonitor the deadlines set for completing the due diligence questionnaires. /liliPrepare the assessment report on service providers and escalates key findings to the Director of Operations. /liliAssist with updating the key internal control and templates, including the due diligence oversight dashboard, the internal company shared database and any template used for the preparation and completion of the due diligence exercise. /liliPrepare on‑site and/or remote sessions with fund administrators, depositaries to address and remediate potential due diligence oversight findings and/or ongoing subjects of interest. /liliPrepare fund board reports within the agreed timelines. /liliLiaise with internal teams to constantly improve the quality of the control framework. /liliSupport with ad‑hoc projects. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliAcademic degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar. /liliStrong written and verbal communication in English. /li /ulh3Skills Competencies /h3ulliStrong analytical skills.
