The idóneo candidate should have strong knowledge of fitness, basic nutrition, and training techniques, as well as the ability to motivate and support individuals with different levels of physical fitness. /p ul liAssess members' fitness levels and goals through consultations and physical evaluations. /li liDesign safe and personalized training programs tailored to individual needs and objectives. /li liFollow class schedules and provide members with information about the different classes available. /li liDeliver group fitness classes offered to members (HIIT, boxing, mobility/stretching, etc.). /li liMonitor and correct exercise techniques during sessions to prevent injuries and optimize results. /li liMotivate and support members to maintain their commitment to their training programs. /li liProvide basic guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits. /li liMaintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment. /li liStay up to date with fitness trends and new training methodologies. /li liKeep detailed records of each client's progress and results. /li liWelcome members to the designated areas, communicate information about available services, and respond to their various requests. /li liGuide members within the wellness area and provide information about the sauna and hammam facilities. /li liDemonstrate strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness in handling all situations.



/li liEnsure the gym floor remains clean and that equipment is properly stored after use. /li liImmediately report any issues, malfunctions, or defective equipment. /li liEnsure members comply with the club's internal rules and regulations. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 pA successful Personal Trainer for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high‑profile venue and a natural flair for first‑class service.
