If you're ready to create excellence with us, you'll be appreciated and rewarded. /p h3What You Will Be Doing /h3 pLead the design, governance, and continuous evolution of our global Learning Development function by building a world-class learning ecosystem that equips employees with the skills needed to achieve our business strategy and drive a high-performance culture. /p ul liDevelop and execute the global Learning Development strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce planning. /li liOwn and continuously enhance the company's learning catalogue and HPL Academy within the Learning Management System (LMS). /li liDesign end-to-end learning journeys, from onboarding through role-specific, leadership and executive development programs.



/li liConduct skills gap analyses and partner with HR and business leaders to identify current and future capability needs. /li liBuild and manage global learning programs, including compliance, technical, leadership and professional development initiatives. /li liEstablish and continuously improve LD governance, methodologies and processes to deliver a consistent learning experience across all regions. /li liPartner with external training providers and internal stakeholders to source, develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions. /li liMonitor learning effectiveness, training compliance and adoption, using data and feedback to continuously improve programs. /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology or a related field. /li liProven track record and experience building, leading or scaling a Learning Development function or Center of Excellence within a integral organization. /li liStrong experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and owning enterprise-wide learning catalogues. /li liExpertise in designing learning strategies, competency frameworks and end-to-end development programs. /li liExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders across multiple functions and seniority levels. /li liStrong project management, organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. /li liResilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with global stakeholders. /li liPassion for developing people, enabling organizational transformation and embedding a strong learning culture. /li /ul h3Equal opportunities employer /h3 pAs a company, we are committed to equal opportunities, and recruit people based on their competencies and qualifications.
