To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: /p ul liPartner with the Head of GTB Europe and the GTB Management team to define, align and execute the strategic agenda, ensuring consistency with Global and Regional priorities. /li liCoordinate the strategic planning process across GTB Europe, challenging business plans and ensuring alignment between business lines, support functions and overall strategic objectives. /li liMonitor business performance through the definition, analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights on financial results, commercial activity, resource planning and strategic initiatives. /li liDevelop and maintain market intelligence, competitive analysis and industry insights to support strategic decision-making and identify emerging opportunities and risks. /li liLead annual planning and financial review processes in collaboration with Finance and Control functions, ensuring consistency between strategic objectives,
budgets and business performance. /li liDrive governance and management reporting processes, coordinating executive forums, strategic reviews and performance discussions to support effective decision-making. /li liSupport internal communications and engagement activities, contributing to the visibility and understanding of GTB Europe’s strategy, priorities and achievements. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU’LL BRING /h3 pOur people are our greatest strength. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. /p h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liMinimum years of professional experience in strategic planning, business operations, or corporate development roles. /li liDemonstrated experience in building and executing business plans, including financial modelling and KPI tracking. /li liProven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. /li liExperience preparing executive-level presentations and reports to support decision-making. /li liConsulting background or experience in a corporate strategy team is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. /li liAdditional certifications in strategy, finance, or project management (e.g., CFA, PMP) are a plus. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent written and spoken English. /li liOther languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, German) will be a plus. /li /ul h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liSolid understanding of financial concepts, business planning, and performance management. /li liHigh proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is a plus. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
