We are currently looking for an experienced Compositing Supervisor to join our Tenerife team. This is a key leadership position for someone ready to guide a team of artists, ensure technical and artistic excellence, and contribute to the continued development of our 2D department. /ph3Job Description /h3pThe Compositing Supervisor plays a central role in overseeing the creative and technical direction of the compositing team. Working closely with the VFX Supervisor, CG Supervisor, and Producer, they ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality shots that meet both client expectations and 22DOGS’ artistic standards. The adecuado candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver, able to balance creative vision with production realities. They will lead a motivated team of compositors, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship while driving continuous improvement in workflows and processes. /ppThis position can begin remotely, with the intention of relocating to Tenerife once established in the role. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupervise the compositing team throughout all project stages, ensuring quality and consistency. /liliCollaborate with production to plan, bid, and schedule work. /liliAssign tasks to team members according to skill level and experience. /liliConduct regular internal reviews and lead client‑facing review sessions. /liliSolve complex artistic and technical compositing challenges.
