The role provides SAP functional leadership with accountability for end-to-end solution lifecycle ownership, design authority, and operational stability. The position focuses on driving harmonization, standardization, and scalability of SAP Agri-Food solutions across regions. /p h3Essential Functions – Main Accountabilities /h3 ul liManage Own the full solution lifecycle processes including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and run. /li liPartner with key users and senior stakeholders to drive requirements alignment, change management, and solution adoption. /li liBe recognized as reference / Expert for assigned SAP Agri-Food Trading Execution domains,



ensuring robust, compliant, and future-proof solutions. /li liProvide functional oversight of SAP Agri-Food application support, ensuring SLA adherence and high service quality. /li liServe as final functional escalation point for high-impact incidents. /li liLead regression testing, impact analysis, and ensure full solution documentation. /li liManage/Lead medium SAP projects initiatives and enhancements with minimal oversight. /li liMentor junior analysts and promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the CoE. /li /ul h3Knowledge and Technical Competencies /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in a relevant field. /li li12+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP Logistics processes on increasing management and leading positions. /li liStrong integration knowledge across FICO with exposure to SAP PS, PP, and QM. /li liAbility to operate autonomously in complex, high-pressure environments. /li liStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li liCollaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability /li liFlexibility to travel (25% approximately) and occasional off-hours support /li liFluent English (written and spoken)
