ensures high quality of external legal support in an effective and efficient manner (including cost‑efficiency). /li liPerform legal analysis and provide legal advice on dispute resolution and/or quality claims etc. /li liWork closely with the operation/project team to proactively support a wide range of transactions. /li liOther legal responsibilities as assigned. /li /ol h3Qualifications /h3 ol liLLB or LLM from a reputable international law school or equivalent. /li liAdmission to Local market or equivalent will be a plus. /li liExcellent oral/written English and Spanish skills. /li li3-7 years post‑qualification experience in corporate general and dispute resolution, preferably working experience in MNC from manufacturing industry or automotive industry. /li liDemonstrated excellent legal knowledge and business understanding for detailed and results oriented solutions, and strong communication negotiation skills with clients, colleagues, and government officials. /li liMature personality with proactive attitude, high integrity and self‑motivation, and ability to work and judge efficiently and autonomously under pressure. /li /ol /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
