/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pThe successful candidate will be responsible for: /pulliAnalyzing the capacity and workload of the various departments, taking into account ongoing projects, confirmed orders, and future business forecasts. /liliAnticipating workload imbalances, bottlenecks, critical skill shortages, and underutilized resources. /liliCoordinating with department managers and Human Resources to identify recruitment, training, internal mobility, temporary staffing, and external resource requirements. /liliFacilitating collaboration between technical departments by managing dependencies, priorities, and shared resource needs. /liliEstablishing and leading cross-functional technical coordination meetings with department managers. /liliEnsuring technical challenges are openly shared, prioritized, and transformed into actionable improvement initiatives. /liliIdentifying critical knowledge dependencies, key personnel, and technical continuity risks. /liliPromoting knowledge transfer, documentation, and the development of critical competencies. /liliWorking closely with the Project Management team to support overall resource planning and proactively identify operational risks. /liliDeveloping KPIs related to capacity, productivity, schedule adherence, quality, rework, and operational efficiency. /liliParticipating, together with department managers, in the assessment of team performance, potential, and development needs. /liliDriving the continuous improvement and standardization of operational processes, particularly during the transition between Design, Development, Manufacturing, Integration, Commissioning, and Field Service. /liliPromoting a culture of planning, cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
/liliActively contributing to the evolution of the company's planning tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence capabilities. /li /ulh3The Profile We Are Looking For /h3pWe are seeking an experienced professional with a background in Operations Management, Engineering Management, Project Management, or Technical Leadership within engineering companies, industrial automation, systems integration, machinery manufacturing, or similar technology-driven environments. /ppWe will particularly value: /pulliA university degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification. /liliExperience managing multidisciplinary technical teams. /liliExperience working in project-based organizations. /liliExpertise in capacity planning and resource management. /liliStrong analytical skills with experience monitoring operational and performance indicators. /liliExperience with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central), planning tools, and Business Intelligence solutions. /liliProfessional proficiency in English. /li /ulpWe are looking for someone with a broad strategic perspective, strong analytical capabilities, and a collaborative leadership style.
