You will apply advanced scheduling expertise to plan, analyze, and report schedules while coordinating across Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and other teams. You will act as a trusted resource within the scheduling function, supporting decision‑making, problem resolution, and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role. You will report to Director of AP 1000 Project. The team is working 3 days per week at the office. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliIndependently develop, maintain, and manage detailed project and production schedules according to project goals. /liliPrepare, analyze, and communicate schedule reports for projects and programs, identifying risks, impacts, and improvement opportunities. /liliApply expert knowledge of scheduling principles and tools to multiple standard and non‑standard scheduling situations. /liliWork with minimal guidance, routinely determining work priorities and managing time to meet agreed‑upon targets and deadlines. /liliCoordinate scheduling activities with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and other partners. /liliInterpret customer and partners needs, assess requirements, and develop scheduling solutions for non‑standard requests. /liliUse best practices and awareness of internal and external business issues to improve scheduling processes, deliverables, and outcomes.
/liliManage schedule‑related cost and performance impacts within own scope of responsibility. /liliSolve moderately complex scheduling and operational problems by applying new perspectives to existing approaches. /liliExplain complex or difficult scheduling issues and work collaboratively to establish understanding and agreement. /liliAct as a resource, coach, and guide for less experienced schedulers and team members. /liliPromote teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the project controls and scheduling function. /liliPerform other duties as assigned to support project, program, or functional initiatives. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. /liliMinimum 3+ years of relevant cost analysis, finance, accounting, or Project Controls experience. /liliWe do not require professional certifications but find them advantageous. Relevant credentials may include scheduling software certifications or project controls certifications such as PMI‑SP, PMP, or AACE coursework. /liliAdvanced knowledge of scheduling methodologies, tools, and Project Controls practices. /liliAbility to work independently with minimal supervision. /liliStrong planning, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
