Your immediate focus will be the management and delivery of Global Games Europe, a flagship, multi school event bringing students together around sport, teamwork and international collaboration. /p pFollowing the successful establishment of Global Games Europe, you will expand your remit to support and lead further regional events, conferences, leadership meetings, student experiences and strategic regional programmes, becoming the region's centre of expertise for event planning, delivery and continuous improvement. /p pThis is a newly created, standalone role for an events and programme delivery specialist who can build something from the ground up and grow it into a lasting regional capability. You will work closely with school based teams, regional leadership, and colleagues across Marketing, Admissions, Communications, Safeguarding and Finance. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLead the end to end planning and delivery of Global Games Europe, from concept through to post event evaluation /li liManage project plans, timelines, budgets, logistics and stakeholder communications across all participating schools /li liCoordinate participating schools,



travel, accommodation, safeguarding arrangements and on the day event operations /li /ul h3Regional event strategy and planning /h3 ul liDevelop and own the regional events calendar for NAE Europe /li liIdentify opportunities that support student experience, community engagement and enrolment growth /li liCreate scalable event frameworks and playbooks that can be repeated and adapted for future regional programmes /li /ul h3Project and programme management /h3 ul liManage multiple workstreams concurrently across schools and regional teams /li liTrack milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables, escalating early where neededProvide regular, clear reporting to senior stakeholders across the region /li /ul h3Event delivery and operations /h3 ul liOversee venues, suppliers, registration systems, travel and accommodation for all regional events /li liManage event day execution and contingency planning, staying calm and decisive when plans need to change /li liEnsure every event meets NAE's safeguarding, health and safety requirements without compromise /li /ul h3Stakeholder, marketing and partnership management /h3 ul liBuild strong, trusted relationships with school leaders, regional teams and external partners /li liAct as the central point of contact for regional event delivery across the Europe region /li liPartner with Marketing, Admissions and Communications teams to align events with brand standards and support lead generation and parent engagement /li liDevelop relationships with corporate and relocation partners, and identify sponsorship opportunities that add value without compromising the student experience /li /ul h3Continuous improvement and regional contribution /h3 ul liTrack event KPIs, attendee satisfaction and return on investment, and use them to improve every future event /li liShare best practice on event delivery across schools and regional teams, helping NAE Europe work in a more joined up and efficient way /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience /li li5+ years' experience in event management,
