ph3Job Description /h3 h3Job Purpose /h3 pGlobal Packaging Procurement team through the execution of tactical and operational procurement activities. The role ensures continuity of supply, data accuracy, supplier performance, and effective coordination between procurement, quality, planning, operations, and suppliers. /p pThe position combines category support responsibilities with day-to-day procurement execution, including purchase requisition management, ERP master data maintenance, supplier communication, quality issue resolution, reporting, and support of sourcing and supplier management initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperational Procurement Support for Valencia, Amsterdam, Poland and Turkey /li liManage and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and support Purchase Order (PO) activities in accordance with procurement policies and business requirements. /li liCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of packaging materials and services. /li liFollow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and supply issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. /li liSupport urgent operational requirements and expedite deliveries when necessary. /li liERP Master Data Management for Valencia, Amsterdam, Poland and Turkey /li liMaintain and update packaging-related master data within ERP systems, including: ul liPurchase prices /li liQuality information records /li liVendor master data /li liMaterial master data /li liCategory classifications and reporting structures /li /ul /li liEnsure data integrity and accuracy across procurement systems. /li liSupport Power BI reporting structures and supplier risk management data maintenance . /li liSupplier Contract Administration for Valencia, Amsterdam, Poland and Turkey /li liSupport Category Managers in sourcing activities including RFQs, RFPs, supplier onboarding, and bid analysis. /li liPrepare and maintain procurement documentation, contracts, supplier agreements, and approval workflows. /li liCoordinate contract signature processes and ensure proper filing and compliance. /li liMaintain approved supplier records and relevant procurement documentation. /li liQuality Claims Management for Valencia, Amsterdam, Poland and Turkey /li liAct as the primary procurement contact for packaging quality complaints. /li liCoordinate investigations with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and suppliers. /li liManage supplier claims, returns, replacement material requests, and credit note recovery. /li liMonitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution to minimize operational disruptions. /li liSupplier Performance Relationship Support for Valencia, Amsterdam,
Poland and Turkey /li liSupport supplier performance reviews and business review meetings. /li liCollect and analyze supplier performance data related to quality, service, delivery, and cost. /li liPrepare reports and presentations for supplier meetings and category reviews. /li liAssist in maintaining strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with ADM standards. /li liCategory Project Support for Valencia, Amsterdam, Poland and Turkey /li liSupport packaging qualification projects by coordinating supplier documentation and cross-functional follow-up with Quality, Regulatory, RD/CDD, Operations, and Supply Chain. /li liAssist Category Managers in implementing cost‑saving initiatives and procurement projects. /li liSupport the creation, tracking, and maintenance of procurement savings and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liManage selected local and regional packaging spend categories under the guidance of the Category Manager. /li liReporting Analytics for Valencia, Amsterdam, Poland and Turkey Generate procurement reports covering spend, supplier performance, savings, price evolution, and operational KPIs. /li liAnalyze procurement and supplier data to support tactical and strategic decision‑making. /li liProvide regular reporting to Category Managers and key stakeholders . /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes. /li liExperience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred). /li liAdvanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities. /li liFamiliarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage. /li liUnderstanding of supplier management, quality processes, and contract administration. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liAttention to Detail /li liProblem Solving /li liAnalytical Thinking /li liResults Orientation /li liStakeholder Management /li liTeamwork Collaboration /li /ul h3Communication Skills /h3 ul liPlanning Organization /li liContinuous Improvement Mindset /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. /li liCIPS or equivalent procurement qualification is an advantage.
