In this customer-focused role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and internal specialist teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. /ph3About the Role /h3pYou will play a key role in managing customer interactions, resolving queries, coordinating order-related activities, and building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. By combining excellent service with effective order management, you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting our business objectives across the South Central region. /ppThis position can be based in Zeist (Netherlands), Mannheim (Germany), or Madrid (Spain) and follows a hybrid working model. For this role it’s important that you are fluent in French and English, both written and verbal, and are comfortable using both languages daily in a customer-facing international environment. /ph3What You Will Do /h3pAct as the main point of contact for customers as well as Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring timely and effective support. /ppDeliver an excellent customer experience by resolving customer requests and queries as quickly and efficiently as possible. /ppManage customer interactions with a strong focus on first-call resolution and proactive communication. /ppBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. /ppCollaborate closely with Sales representatives to provide full visibility of customer interactions and support customer needs. /ppWork with service specialists to resolve complex customer issues requiring deeper expertise or investigation. /ppProactively manage exception-based tasks through the C4 platform to enhance customer satisfaction.



/ppEnsure accurate and efficient order management in line with established processes and service standards. /ppLeverage your understanding of end-to-end customer and order management processes to drive excellent service delivery. /ppContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing customer service and order-to-billing processes. /ph3Who You Are /h3pYou are a customer-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a dynamic international environment.
