ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. /li liGive proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organisation. /li liGuide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables. Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings. /li liEstimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference. /li liPrepare and maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports. /li liMonitor costs, timescales and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. /li liEnsure that delivered systems are implemented within these criteria. /li liManage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors. /li liProvide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience.



/li /ul h3Knowledge And Skills /h3 ul liAbility to manage project(s). /li liGood knowledge of project management standards and methodologies. Usage of project management tools (e.g. MS Project). /li liGood technical knowledge on the projects aspects. Practical knowledge of reporting methods. /li liAbility to give presentations. /li liAbility to apply high quality standards to all tasks. /li liAbility to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills. /li liCapability of working in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions. /li liLeadership capability. /li /ul h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 15 years of relevant studies and/or experience after the secondary school. /li liMinimum 10 years of IT professional experience. /li liMinimum 4 years of experience with a project management methodology (e.g. Prince2). /li liMinimum 4 years of experience with software development methodology (e.g. RUP, Agile, Waterfall). /li liPractical knowledge of quality standards linked to software development (e.g. ISO 10006:2003). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
