The contract will be within the framework of a Neuroscience research project using fiber photometry in freely-moving mice aimed at studying how antidepressant treatment alters brain neuromodulatory signals. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform animal surgery for AAV delivery. /li liConduct fiber photometry recordings and associated behavioural experiments in freely-moving mice. /li liSimultaneous recordings of brain signalling molecules via fluorescent biosensors. /li liPerform histological analysis of brain tissue (intracardial perfusion, IHC, smFISH). /li liAnalyze and interpret data. /li liCommunicate results. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEssential: bDegree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. /b /li liPassion for neuroscience research focusing on psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders. /li liCommitted to pursue a PhD in Neuroscience, Biomedicine, or related field. /li liIndependent, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving attitude. /li liExcellent communication and teamwork skills. /li liResearch integrity. /li liFluent in English. /li liDesirable:
