This role is a chance to learn how global sponsorships and events come to life, and to gain hands‑on experience working in a fast‑moving international environment. /p pYou will support the Sponsorships Events Manager in the daily activities of the team, from brainstorming ideas to helping with event preparation, reporting, and coordination with different departments. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSupport the team in preparing marketing events and sponsorship activations. /li liHelp coordinate small operational tasks: creating presentations, following up with teams, preparing reports. /li liJoin brainstorming sessions and share your ideas on how Motorola can connect with its target audiences and be on top of trends. /li liLearn how to work with different departments (communications, sales, digital, etc.) and external partners. /li liGet exposure to exciting projects like flagship product launches to large‑scale fan activations. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled in university in Spain and able to sign an internship agreement (6–12 months). /li liExcellent level of English (spoken and written). /li liCurious, motivated, and eager to learn about marketing, events,
