Your role is crucial in researching, analyzing, and providing legal opinions on labor‑related matters, participating in negotiations, and offering legal guidance on various employment issues, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. /p h3In Your Day-to-day, You Will /h3 ul liConduct research and analysis on labor‑related topics, providing legal opinions and recommendations based on applicable laws and jurisprudence. /li liProvide legal guidance on interpreting and enforcing terms within labor contracts. /li liActively participate in negotiations with unions and workers' representatives, collaborating with the labor relations team to integrate legal considerations. /li liAssist in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, offering guidance and support. /li liProvide legal assistance in disciplinary actions, terminations,



and other employment‑related matters. /li liPrepare reports and documentation on labor‑related topics to aid in decision‑making. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pVocational Training or a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law or a related field, preferably with a focus or specialization in Human Resources. /p h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liMinimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Labor Relations, Law and Human Resources, ideally in a strategic or business‑partnering capacity. /li liProven knowledge of Spanish Law and Labor Relations in Spain. /li liStrong Communication and Adaptability abilities. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Experience working in international environments is a strong asset. /li /ul pbWillingness to work in Sagunto /b.
