This role is adecuado for someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding client care with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. /p pThis is a non-clinical role where you will play an essential part in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while helping maintain the high standards for which Sea Recovery is known. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport clients throughout their daily programme and encourage active engagement. /li liMaintain a safe, structured, and welcoming therapeutic environment. /li liObserve clients and promptly report any changes in mood, behaviour, or wellbeing. /li liComplete accurate documentation, reports, and detailed shift handovers. /li liCommunicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. /li liMaintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality at all times. /li liAssist with day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the centre. /li liRepresent Sea Recovery with professionalism, discretion, and empathy. /li liFluent bEnglish /b (spoken and written), and at least conversational Spanish. /li liLegal right to work in Spain. /li liValid Category B driving licence. /li liPrevious experience in hospitality, healthcare, residential care, luxury service, or wellbeing environments. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liStrong organisational and time management abilities. /li liComfortable using digital systems for documentation and reporting.
