In this role you will own and lead X-ELIO's general insurance and enterprise risk management; safeguarding asset value across development, construction, and operations in multiple geographies. You will shape the risk framework, manage major insurance programmes, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and lenders to support project finance and Mu0026amp;A activities. The position combines strategic risk stewardship with hands-on claims leadership and stakeholder management. This is a chance to impact a fast-growing renewables company on a global scale.

• Lead the global insurance programme (CAR/EAR, Property, Liability, Du0026O, Cyber, Environmental) including design, renewals and broker negotiations
• Define and implement the risk management framework, maintaining risk registers and guiding decisions across development, construction and operations
• Ensure insurance compliance across EPC, Ou0026M, PPA and financing agreements with aligned risk allocation




• Lead end-to-end claims management, including large losses, to maximise recoveries
• Support project finance and Mu0026A processes with insurance due diligence, lender negotiations and Ru0026W advisory
• Manage key stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Engineering, lenders, brokers and insurers) and drive cost of risk optimization

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Law; Master in Risk Management/Insurance is a plus
• 10+ years in insurance or risk management, with at least 5 years in energy xqbhyrx or infrastructure
• Proven experience managing global insurance programmes and large claims
• Experience across at least two regions: EMEA, APAC, LATAM or North America
• Solid understanding of project finance, Mu0026A and contractual frameworks (EPC, Ou0026M, PPA)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
