ppMandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is looking for a Cook to join our Matsuhisa Culinary team. /p h3About The Job /h3 pBased at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as Cook you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in accordance with established recipes and brand standards. The role includes ensuring the highest quality and presentation of all dishes, supporting efficient food preparation, and maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe kitchen environment. /p pAs Cook, you will be responsible for the following duties: /p ul liSupport the Sous Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation and service. /li liSupervise and guide kitchen colleagues within your section, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. /li liEnsure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are always met. /li liAssist with stock control, inventory management, and the proper use of kitchen equipment. /li liCollaborate with the Sous Chef on menu development, new dishes, and daily specials. /li liTrain and support junior team members, fostering teamwork, efficiency, and skill development. /li liMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with health and safety guidelines.
