In this role you will architect and deploy digital supply chain planning solutions for integral clients within McKinsey’s MSC Solutions group. You will work on-site with client engineering teams and collaborate across a global network to deliver tailor-made, high-impact capabilities that digitize production environments. You’ll combine deep domain knowledge with hands-on tech to create lasting improvements, supported by mentorship and a culture that values growth. This is a high-performance, learning-driven opportunity to shape how leading manufacturers plan, optimize, and operate at scale.

• Design and deploy solution architectures for technology platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan) and integrate with clients' legacy systems
• Solve complex, cross-industry supply chain problems for clients and drive tangible impact

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in a client-facing consulting role configuring and deploying supply chain planning systems (Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9)
• Experience with agile and scrum methodologies and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and programming/query languages (SQL, MDX, T-SQL) desirable
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts (Demand, Distribution, Master Planning, Su0026OP)
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to prioritize high-value opportunities and risks
• Ability to collaborate across teams and levels, lead by example, and manage client expectations under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation
• Willingness to travel up to 80% from Madrid office
• Comfortable working on-site with client engineering groups
