Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production. /ppStrategically located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh. /ph3Join our team! /h3pWe are looking for a Process Quality Engineer who will ensure that production processes consistently meet quality standards by driving process stability, developing operator capability, and leading the organization in preventing defects, resolving systemic issues, and embedding a culture of disciplined, data‑driven quality across the manufacturing lines. /ph3Your main responsibilities will be: /h3ulliAssist the PQE Supervisor in managing local employees, including but not limited to local employee recruitment, development, work arrangement and performance appraisal. /liliTake charge of process quality control and management, especially on organizing cross-functional departments to conduct quality incidents analyzing and solving. /liliBe responsible for professional skill training and quality culture promotion for local employees. /liliTake charge of quality improvement and continuous optimization of module production lines. /liliCooperate with PQM to rapidly respond to customer complaints and ensure closed-loop implementation of internal corrective actions.



/liliBe responsible for coordinating audits from headquarters, customers and third-party organizations, and other special customer requirement support. /li /ulh3Your profile and qualifications: /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or above.
