We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice. /ppSummary: The Senior Accountant will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and standardization of financial reporting and closing processes. We are looking for a tenacious problem-solver with the autonomy to challenge the status quo and the initiative to propose new ways of working. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to accelerate closing timelines, build robust reconciliation tools, and lead the integration of systems across our Spain UK subsidiaries. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProcess Optimization: Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement more efficient methods for completing key closing tasks, with the goal of reducing closing days. /liliReconciliation Development: Design and implement new reconciliation working papers, ensuring alignment with team expectations and accounting standards. /liliReview Quality Control: Act as a reviewer for complex tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Note: The company is preparing for future US‑SOX adoption. /liliAccruals Estimates: Develop new accruals and estimates as needed to support the closing process, and perform monthly follow‑ups to validate accuracy. /liliVariance Analysis: Perform detailed variance and flux analysis on all accounts and subsidiaries, following the Company’s standards for financial reporting and performance monitoring. /liliIntegration Projects:



Actively participate in integration projects, ensuring alignment of processes and data consistency across systems. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. /liliAt least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis.
