ph3Key Focus Areas /h3 pMentoring and performance oversight for Instructors, Examiners, Tutors, Mentors and Coaches. /p pCoordinating and analyzing audits and performance reviews to maintain instructional consistency, regulatory compliance, and training quality. /p pChampioning global standards by translating enterprise-wide initiatives into local actions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and instructional excellence. /p h3Critical Responsibilities /h3 ul liCultivate, nurture, monitor, plan, schedule global standards procedures locally. /li liEnsure consistent application of global training standards across all operations. /li liAssure instructor pilot performance utilizing established observation tools such as IPPM and/or DOI. /li liSchedule, plan, analyze results, and make recommendations from local observations to the global Team for continuous improvement. /li liResponsible for delivering instructor training sessions (online and in-person). /li liSupporting the development and maintenance of instructor training courseware support materials. /li liProvide SME support and guidance to local instructors to maintain alignment with global standardization policies. /li liConduct foundational Civil Integral IDT Coordinate and facilitate governance and a frequency of communication to stay well connected with the local Team, specifically the Local Training Standards Specialists, Lead Instructors, local Head of Training, Training Managers and the Center Leader. /li /ul h3Qualifications And Education /h3 pHold or have held either an ICAO ATPL or CPL license. /p pAs required by the Training Centers they serve and NAA requirements, hold or have held either FAA instructor certificate or a Part FCL instructor certificate issued by an EASA member state or an equivalent 900 (c)
qualification related to the flight training courses provided by the ATO relating to their training domain. /p pIdeal candidates bring multi-domain experience (e.g., BAT, CAT, FTO) and can support multiple business units, leveraging their expertise to complement the broader cadre of Local Training Standards Lead roles. /p h3Skills And Experience /h3 ul liHave extensive experience in training MPA pilots for professional pilot licenses and/or associated ratings or certificates with experience of Multi Crew Cooperation/CRM. /li liThree or more years' experience delivering or managing instructor training at an ATO and/or AOC. /li liHave a working knowledge of either Part FCL/ORA, CFR Part 61, 135, and 142 regulations as appropriate. /li liMust be well-regarded among peers and able to cultivate a growing standards culture. /li liConduct themselves in a manner which always emulates a consummate professional. /li liBe an effective communicator and liaison between local instructor teams and the Global Head of Standards. /li liAbility to implement and harmonize global standardization policies across diverse training environments. /li liAdept with persuading and influencing skills to achieve key objectives. /li liCapable of managing responsibilities across multiple training centers, including remote leadership. /li liGood knowledge and experience with Microsoft TEAMS as well as with MS Word and PowerPoint tools. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Accommodations /h3 pCAE is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants, regardless of race, nationality, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, neurodiversity, veteran status, age, or other characteristics protected by law. /p pWe encourage applicants who may not meet every qualification to apply. /p pReasonable accommodations are available - contact your recruiter or email ****** if needed. /p p#J-*****-Ljbffr /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
