ph3Project Manager /h3pThe Project Manager will lead international projects with a regional / global scope for distinct functions across the company e.g., Product Supply, Legal, RD, Quality, Finance, IT, HR etc. /ppHe/she will conduct different nature of key strategic projects which entail business transformation in many forms, be it processes, systems, mergers acquisitions, carve-outs etc. /ppBe part of Bayer’s General Business Services Projects Team, embracing new VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) leadership principles and scaling project capabilities to drive value to the organization and contribute to our Bayer Mission. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDetermine and define project scope, objectives and timelines /liliSteer and oversee achievement of Project / Program Goals /liliEnsure regular alignment of project teams to enable implementation of industry best practices, techniques, and standard methodologies. /liliProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, risk management and progress /liliDefine and align the program roadmap and resource requirements for each project / program.
