We’ve teamed up with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award‑winning experiences, and are backed by several leading general investors! Impressive, right? /ppTo achieve our mission, we are looking for bar‑raisers with a hands‑on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment! /ppReady to be part of the experience? /ppNow, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission. /ppWe are looking for a Senior Product Android Engineer to join our team, focused on Fever’s native Android app. This is a role for an engineer who cares deeply about product impact, user experience, and how what we ship connects to real business outcomes. You will work close to the product surface millions of people use every day to discover and book live experiences, and bridge the gap between our AI and data capabilities and the app users actually interact with. /ppYou won’t just take tickets and ship code. You’ll own features end‑to‑end: shaping the problem with Product and Design, building it, defining success metrics, and iterating based on real data. If you thrive in ambiguous, high‑leverage environments, love shipping with judgment, and want your engineering work to be visibly tied to outcomes that matter, you’ll fit right in. /ph3Tech environment /h3pThis role is intentionally not defined by one framework or specialty. That said, you will likely operate in an environment that includes Kotlin‑based native Android development, a large‑scale multi‑module Gradle codebase, Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture, REST APIs, native payment SDK integrations, hybrid nativeweb flows, experimentation and product analytics tooling, and mobile CI/CD pipelines. Depending on the project, you may also work with AI APIs, LLM‑based workflows, retrieval patterns, and automation tooling.

/ph3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience working on large‑scale, high‑traffic consumer mobile apps. /liliExperience with multi‑module Gradle projects and build performance optimization at scale. /liliExperience shipping multi‑brand or white‑label apps from a single codebase. /liliExperience integrating native payment SDKs such as Stripe, Braintree, or Google Pay. /liliFamiliarity with hybrid nativeweb architectures (WebView bridges, nativeweb messaging). /liliExperience with mobile experimentation and product analytics tooling (e.g. Optimizely, Mixpanel). /liliExposure to AI‑enabled product development, LLM integrations, RAG patterns, or workflow automation. /liliExperience working on 0→1 initiatives or undefined problem spaces. /liliDemonstrated leadership through ownership of difficult projects with broad impact. /li /ulh3What success looks like /h3ulliYou turn ambiguous opportunities into working systems or products that create clear value. /liliYou help teams make better trade‑offs and avoid overengineering, fragmentation, and local optimization. /liliYou improve not only what gets built, but also how decisions are made. /liliYou become a trusted technical leader for important cross‑functional initiatives. /liliYou increase the leverage of other engineers and teams through your judgment, technical direction, and execution support. /liliYou help connect engineering work to real operational and business outcomes. /li /ulh3Who will thrive in this role /h3pYou will likely thrive here if: /pulliYou are energized by ambitious, messy, high‑leverage problems. /liliYou like operating where priorities evolve and the path is not fully defined. /liliYou care more about impact than about staying inside a narrowly defined engineering lane. /liliYou enjoy combining engineering depth, product thinking, and business context. /liliYou naturally look for the highest‑leverage way to move a system, a team, or a product forward. /liliYou want to play a meaningful role in shaping how the company builds and scales. /li /ulh3Why join Fever /h3ulliYou will work on some of the company’s most strategic problems. /liliYou will have real ownership and visible impact.

/liliYou will help shape products, systems, and capabilities that matter across the business. /liliYou will work in an environment that values ambition, adaptability, pragmatism, and execution. /liliYou will be surrounded by smart, driven people who care about building things that matter. /li /ulh3Benefits Perks /h3ulliFlexible schedule /lili2 days per week at the office /lili40% discount on all Fever events and experiences /liliHealth insurance from Day 1 /liliEnglish or Spanish Lessons /liliWellhub Membership /liliCobee (tax free allowance on restaurants and transport) /liliPossibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow /liliAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance. /liliBase Salary: 50.000 - 65.000EUR /liliTotal Compensation: 67.500 - 90.000EUR (Including Base, Variable, and Stock Options) /li /ulh3About the process /h3pFever aims to provide the best‑fastest possible experience to our candidates. This is how it would look like: /pulliTalent Interview - 1h: An intro to Fever, our culture and a conversation about your background and experience. /liliEngineering Manager Interview - 1h: A deep dive into your technical expertise and your opportunity to ask anything you need to know about your day to day at Fever. /liliTechnical Assignment: Your opportunity to demonstrate all you know! We would like to receive it back within 3 days. /liliTeam Interview - 1.5h: A discussion about your proposed solution to the technical challenge and your chance to make sure you know everything you need about Fever. /li /ulpThank you for considering joining Fever. We cannot wait to learn more about you! /ppIf you want to learn more about us: Fever's Blog | Tech.Eu |TechCrunch /ppFever is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workspace where everyone's background and ideas count. Our main goal is to find the best possible talent regardless of place of birth, racial or ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, religion, opinion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, marital status, age or caring responsibilities.
