Experteer Overview
As a Technical Artist at Larian Studios, you bridge art and programming to ensure art content integrates smoothly within the game while upholding vision and technical constraints. You design shaders, build pipelines, and contribute to tooling and documentation, all with an eye for performance and asset validation. You’ll mentor junior teammates and collaborate across disciplines to scale our ambitious RPG projects. This role offers impact through pipeline improvements and shader innovations that shape our next-generation games.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide technical follow-up to the art team on performance and guidelines
• Design and develop new art pipeline tools focused on usability and efficiency, enforcing code standards
• Design, implement and optimize shaders to meet artistic and technical requirements
• Analyze the creative process to identify tool enhancements and workflow optimizations




• Initiate and follow up on Ru0026D and technical pipeline development
• Create and maintain technical art documentation for tools and processes
• Act as interlocutor between the art and programming teams
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth

Responsabilidades
• Experience in high-level coding languages (Python, C#, etc.) with understanding of code architecture to develop maintainable tools and pipelines
• Understanding of mathematics (trigonometry and linear algebra) and ability to apply it
• Experience in shader development with knowledge of the PBR pipeline
• Solid understanding of digital art content creation pipeline (high/low poly, unwrapping, baking, texturing, level building)
• Team oriented with collaborative mindset across geographic locations
