/li /ul h3Observability, Logging Dashboards (Platform Ownership) /h3 ul liImplementing logging strategy using OpenTelemetry. /li liDeploy, maintain, and own OpenSearch for centralized logging and traceability across integrations. /li liDeploy, maintain, and own Grafana for dashboards, alerting, and operational monitoring. /li liBuild dashboards covering integration health, throughput, latency, and error rates. /li liUse telemetry and logs to proactively identify risks and support root‑cause analysis. /li /ul h3Enterprise Systems Integration /h3 ul liDesign and support integrations with enterprise systems, including SAP via MuleSoft connectors. /li liCollaborate with Enterprise Architecture, SAP, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure aligned solutions. /li /ul h3Platform Support Quality /h3 ul liParticipate in P1/P2 incident resolution and post‑incident reviews. /li liEnsure integrations meet security, data protection, and compliance requirements. /li liApply secure coding practices and support audit and regulatory needs. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Location: /h3 ul liMadrid, Spain /li /ul h3Language skills: /h3 ul liProfessional proficiency in English is required. /li /ul h3Mandatory Technical Skills /h3 ul liMuleSoft Certification required (Developer or Integration Architect). /li li4–5+ years of hands‑on MuleSoft experience in an enterprise or mission‑critical environment. /li liStrong proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including: /li liExperience with build/deployment pipelines, e.g. Azure DevOps. /li liProven experience with event‑driven integration using Solace PubSub+. /li liProven experience to deploy, maintain, and own OpenSearch for logging and traceability. /li liProven experience to deploy, maintain, and own Grafana dashboards and alerting. /li liHands‑on experience with API documentation using Swagger / OpenAPI. /li /ul h3Additional / Advantageous Experience /h3 ul liExperience with other event or streaming platforms (for example Apache Kafka). /li liSAP integration experience (SAP CPI or SAP via MuleSoft connectors).
