Let’s get in touch. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liBuilding and leading a team of regulatory compliance experts /li liEngaging with management bodies on compliance positions /li liSupporting the Head of Regulatory Compliance for Europe in the delivery of their responsibilities, including conduct rules, training,



and reporting /li liWorking with Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure that local compliance management frameworks and processes are aligned with general ones /li liPerforming compliance reviews of expansion initiatives and new products /li liAdvising the business on compliance requirements and related controls /li liIdentifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote compliance /li liLiaising with key stakeholders as required, both internal (Legal, Risk, BSA/AML Officer, etc.) and external (regulators, advisors, partners, etc.) /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul li8+ years of regulatory compliance experience within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator /li liExperience in C‑Suite and board‑level engagement on compliance topics /li liExpertise identifying compliance risks and potential vulnerabilities, and advising on best practices to effectively and efficiently address findings /li liKnowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis /li liFamiliarity with policy creation and implementation /li liThe desire and drive to learn, grow, and make an impact quickly as part of an expanding team /li liExceptional critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills /li liThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines /li liExperience working in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on execution /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liA professional certificate/diploma in compliance, and/or a willingness to take exams in the future /li liA degree in business, finance, or law /li /ul h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
