ph3Overview /h3pRoche is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the delivery and evolution of Roche Diagnostics’ global and regional Web Experience and Web Analytics ecosystem. The role enables scalable, compliant, and customer-centric digital experiences across websites, portals, and connected engagement platforms supporting healthcare professionals, laboratories, patients, and consumers. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, drive day-to-day delivery, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards. Strong technical skills in content management systems (CMS) and web development are required. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and prioritize the backlog for Web Experience Web Analytics platforms and capabilities. /liliTranslate business requirements into clear user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria. /liliDrive sprint planning, refinement, testing, and release activities in collaboration with development teams. /liliEnsure delivered solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements and align with Definition of Ready and Definition of Done. /liliSupport day-to-day execution across engineering teams, vendors, and delivery partners. /liliSupport the delivery and continuous improvement of global and regional websites and portals, content publishing and localization workflows, search and discoverability capabilities, personalization, analytics, and digital experience optimization. /liliEnsure web capabilities support scalable and reusable content delivery across channels and regions.
/liliAlign business priorities with technical feasibility and platform standards. /liliCoordinate delivery and integration activities across platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager and other CMS, DAM, PIM, IAM/SSO, consent management, CDP, CRM, and Marketing Automation). /liliCollaborate with architects and engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and integration approaches. /liliManage APIs, data flows, metadata, and connected digital services. /liliEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, accessible, and compliant with Roche standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, accessibility, security policies). /liliCoordinate testing, defect management, release readiness, and production validation; identify delivery risks and operational impacts. /liliCollaborate with support and operations teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement. /liliAct as the primary day-to-day interface between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external vendors; facilitate cross-functional collaboration and governance processes. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. /lili5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, or similar role. /liliProven experience delivering enterprise web platforms,
portals, or digital experience ecosystems. /liliExperience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and SAFe). /liliStrong collaboration with engineering teams and external development partners. /liliExperience with CMS, DAM, personalization, analytics, and web integration ecosystems. /liliStrong understanding of APIs, integrations, and connected digital platform architectures. /liliExperience with backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams. /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. /li /ulh3Preferred Skills and Background /h3ulliExperience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries. /liliExperience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Cloud; familiarity with WordPress, Drupal. /liliKnowledge of DAM, PIM, consent and identity management platforms, analytics and SEO platforms. /liliExperience supporting multilingual general and regional website ecosystems. /liliFamiliarity with accessibility standards, localization workflows, and enterprise web governance. /liliExperience working with distributed global teams and external vendors/system integrators. /li /ulh3About Roche /h3pRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
