Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 ul liEnsuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement. /li liSafe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget, ensuring that a quality product is produced that represents ‘best value’ for the Owner and their Stakeholders. /li liResponsible for the overall management of the PMC Construction teams including Construction Engineers and Construction Supervisors. /li liCo-ordinate all Construction activities for the Project. /li liEnsure all aspects of Construction work scopes are being effectively managed and performed by all Contractors. /li liEnsure constructability is effectively addressed from the FEED stage through to the completion of the EPC phase by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders. /li liEnsure EPC and other Construction Contractors are adhering to Project HSSE and Quality standards. /li liEnsure PMC Construction personnel are competent to perform their duties relating to the scope of work as identified in the Contract. /li /ul h3Key Accountabilities Responsibilities /h3 ul liChampion the Project Safety culture, behaviors, and engagement activities. /li liIdentifying, evaluating, and resolving Construction issues during the different phase of the works. /li liEnsure an effective safety plan on Construction Site during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of the Project. /li liSeeking consultations with and assistance from the relevant PMC home office disciplines, as required.



/li liFostering an atmosphere of fruitful and active cooperation and team-work between PMC, Contractor, and Owner's responsible Construction personnel, while maintaining a vigilant attention to the required standards and quality of work. /li liSeeking agreements with the Owner on procedures and requirements for closing out EPC Contractor site activities at the Construction Site completion. /li liCoordinate with Licensors for Construction Site visits/inspections at site. /li liReview Contractor's Construction procedures, specifications, method statements and fabrication drawings. /li liReview Contractor's Construction, organization, coordination procedurs, manpower plans and schedules. /li liReview all matters related to constructing engineering and provide Constructability input to all Model Reviews. /li liMonitor the allocation of all Construction resources in consideration of relative priorities to meet the Construction program and recommend any appropriate corrective actions where shortage of resources might prejudice the work program. /li liMonitor the planned and presente delivery of equipment and material to site and the handling, storage, maintenance, preservation and installation of such equipment and materials. /li liReview and approval of Permit to Work and coordination with Owner Operations and Maintenance personnel as necessary. /li liReview and monitor the work performed by the Contractor and monitor quality and compliance with Contract and Project Schedule. /li liEnsure Contractor compliance with drawings and specifications on all areas of the Project. /li liSupervise Construction inspection activities carried out by the Contractor.



/li liMonitor and coordinate the corrective actions and recommendation of the Construction work performed by EPC Contractor. /li liVerify that the work and corrective work is performed in compliance with the EPC Contract and Owner safety regulations and that workmanship of work and corrective work performed is in accordance with appropriate standards of quality. /li liMonitor and audit the progress of work at site against the Project schedule, using information provided in the EPC Contract and report to Owner any delays in the work and propose actions to correct such delays. /li liApproval of the Mechanical Completion and Ready for Commissioning Certificates. /li liMonitor the compilation, and review the content, of Construction Work Packs and Close-out dossiers. /li liEvaluate Project EPC Contractor Construction Site claims for Contract Change Orders and/or Schedule extensions submitted by EPC Contractor with recommendation to approve/reject or modify as appropriate. /li liApprove Project EPC Contractor`s physical progress reports based on which, progress payments will be made. /li liEnsure that the EPC Contractor prepare and issue relevant “marked‑up as‑built” drawings and review them before EPC Contractor leaves Construction Site, to be issued in their final form by EPC Contractor in the final Handover dossiers, which shall include all Project documentation, Vendors data book, Operations and Maintenance procedures etc. /li /ul h3Minimum Experience And Qualification /h3 ul liA bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum fifteen (15+) years in execution of FEED/ EPC contracts in the Oil Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region. /li liMust have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for mega Oil Gas FEED/ EPC projects (more than 1 Billion US$). /li liADNOC Project Experience is required. /li liFEED/EPC Experience is required. /li liOffshore Project experience is required. /li liBrown field/ Offshore experience is required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
