As Procurement Representative you will support category and sourcing for direct materials with a strong focus on cost optimization, supplier strategy and contract management. You’ll work within the Equipment Manufacturing Procurement Team and collaborate with Ru0026amp;D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing and Sales on new product developments. This role offers regional and general exposure, with career growth through Ecolab’s procurement and broader supply chain leadership opportunities. You will help drive value creation and supply security in a dynamic, international environment.

• Support TDC (Total Delivered Cost) sourcing processes to optimize cost and create value
• Develop and execute sourcing projects, track savings and performance
• Create and implement sourcing strategies for direct materials, including tail vendors
• Lead or support commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements
• Monitor supplier performance (cost, delivery,



service levels, risk)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ru0026D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Sales
• Monitor markets and industry trends; provide commercial recommendations
• Coordinate supplier qualification initiatives from a commercial perspective
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems, including ERP deployment
• Collaborate with European and global procurement teams to align strategies

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, xqbhyrx or related field, or High School Diploma with 2+ years in procurement
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
• Experience in strategic or operational procurement, preferably with direct materials
• Exposure to equipment manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills
• Clear communication and presentation abilities
• Result‑driven with accountability and ownership
• Experience with ERP systems
