You will oversee all front-of-house operations, driving guest satisfaction, team development, operational excellence, and commercial performance while creating unforgettable dining experiences. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including floor plans, seating arrangements, and reservation flow. /li liRecruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team. /li liPrepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage throughout all services. /li liCoordinate with the Sales, Events, and Reservations teams for private dining experiences, events, and activations. /li liDrive upselling initiatives and maximize daily revenue opportunities. /li liConduct daily briefings and regular performance evaluations. /li liEnsure compliance with grooming, hygiene, health safety, and service standards. /li liMonitor service quality and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team. /li liMaintain effective communication with the kitchen, purchasing, HR, and finance departments. /li liPlan and execute special events in collaboration with other departments. /li liWelcome VIP and returning guests while handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
