Working closely with Spa Therapists, Wellness professionals, and other hotel departments, you will help deliver exceptional service while upholding the luxury standards of Grand Hyatt Barcelona. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWelcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a relaxing and welcoming spa environment. /li liManage spa reservations, memberships, and guest inquiries efficiently and accurately. /li liProcess payments and maintain accurate cash handling and billing procedures. /li liMaintain guest records and ensure administrative documentation is completed correctly. /li liEnsure the reception area and spa facilities are organized, clean, and well-presented. /li liSupport the daily operation of the spa by monitoring supplies, amenities, and retail displays. /li liCommunicate important guest information and operational updates during shift handovers. /li liCollaborate closely with Spa Therapists and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. /li liAssist with the coordination of special promotions, events, and wellness activities. /li liEnsure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, company policies, and health and safety procedures. /li liPerform other duties as assigned by hotel management. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious customer service experience is preferred; experience in spa, wellness, hospitality,
