From building testing processes to validating new features before production releases, you will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding user experience. /ppThis position is adecuado for a curious and proactive junior profile who enjoys exploring, questioning, testing, and continuously improving processes. /ph3Your Keys Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and help implement the compagny’s QA strategy and testing framework. /liliBuild, document, and continuously improve testing processes. /liliExecute functional, regression,
exploratory, and user acceptance testing. /liliIdentify, document, and track bugs throughout the development lifecycle. /liliCollaborate closely with Product, Front-End, Back-End, and Operations teams. /liliValidate new features before production releases. /liliContribute to creating a quality-first mindset across the company. /liliSuggest improvements to enhance product reliability and user experience. /liliParticipate in discussions around future test automation opportunities. /li /ulh3What makes you especially perfect for this role /h3ulliEngineering degree or equivalent technical education. /liliRecent graduate or first professional experience in QA, software testing, or product quality. /liliYou speak fluently English or Spanish /liliNaturally curious and eager to understand how products work. /liliStructured and detail-oriented while remaining pragmatic. /liliExcited by the opportunity to build processes rather than simply follow existing ones. /liliStrong communication and teamwork skills. /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environment. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliSpeaking French /liliExposure to test automation tools or scripting. /liliBecome the first QA Engineer and help define the quality standards of the company. /liliTake ownership and make a visible impact from day one. /liliWork alongside a young, ambitious, and collaborative team. /liliGrow quickly in a startup environment where your ideas matter. /liliContribute directly to the success and scalability of the product. /li /ulh3Conditions /h3ulliPermanent Spanish contract (40h/week) /liliBased in Barcelona /liliSalary: €22,000 – €28,000 gross per year /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
