medium- and long-term financial plans. /liliMonitor business performance against budgets and forecasts. /liliProvide financial modelling and investment analysis to support strategic decisions. /li /ulh3Financial Control Compliance /h3ulliEnsure compliance with all statutory, fiscal and regulatory requirements. /liliMaintain responsibility for the preparation and submission of statutory accounts. /liliCoordinate external audits and relationships with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities. /liliEnsure accurate accounting records and financial reporting in accordance with local GAAP. /liliMaintain robust internal controls and financial governance processes. /liliManage treasury, cash flow and capital expenditure controls. /li /ulh3Cost Management /h3ulliMonitor and control departmental expenses throughout the hotel. /liliDemonstrate strong understanding and management of costs below GOP. /liliPartner with department heads to identify productivity improvements and cost-saving opportunities. /liliEnsure purchasing practices align with budgetary objectives and internal policies. /li /ulh3Pre-Opening Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement all finance-related policies, procedures and controls.



/liliEstablish accounting systems, reporting frameworks and procurement processes. /liliSupport owner reporting requirements and project budget monitoring. /liliParticipate actively in pre-opening planning and operational readiness activities. /li /ulh3Requisitos /h3h3Skills Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 5 years' experience as Director of Finance within luxury or upscale hotels. /liliPrevious experience in self-accounting hotels is essential. /liliExperience in independent, franchised or brand-owned hotel environments is highly preferred. /liliStrong knowledge of statutory reporting, external audits, taxation and local accounting regulations. /liliDemonstrated experience managing costs below GOP and hotel profitability. /liliProven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on. /liliExperience in hotel pre-openings is highly desirable. /liliStrong leadership and people management skills. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel financial systems. /liliExperience with SAP, Oracle, Sun Systems or similar ERP platforms is advantageous. /li /ulh3Languages /h3ulliFluent English (written and spoken) is essential. /liliFluent Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. /li /ulpJoin us at a pivotal moment in our journey and help shape the future of one of Seville's most exciting luxury hotel openings.
