Experiencing rapid growth and constant transformation, the group has established itself as a key player in the software industry, driven by the strength of its collective teams that are determined, bold, and committed. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe MA Manager will originate and execute acquisition opportunities aligned with Septeo’s corporate strategy, supporting the Group’s ambitious growth plan within an LBO environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Division Leaders and Business Unit Leaders in defining their MA strategy while acting as a trusted partner to the Board, ensuring the execution of value‑accretive transactions that support Septeo’s long‑term objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify acquisition opportunities across Spain, Portugal and, where relevant, LATAM and other European countries. /li liDevelop long‑term relationships with founders, shareholders, advisors and potential acquisition targets through proactive outreach, including cold calling and face‑to‑face meetings. /li liAnalyse market segments and identify strategic acquisition opportunities aligned with the Group’s objectives. /li liPrepare and manage Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs). /li liReview audited financial statements, management accounts and other preliminary information. /li liEvaluate acquisition targets based on their business model, financial performance and future outlook. /li liPrepare investment recommendations for the Board of Directors. /li liDraft and negotiate non‑binding offers (LOIs). /li liAdvise throughout the transaction process and lead negotiations with target companies, shareholders and advisors. /li liCoordinate Financial,



Legal, Tax and Commercial Due Diligence processes together with external advisors. /li liCoordinate the work of legal counsels, auditors and other advisors involved in each transaction. /li liPrepare Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Representations Warranties together with legal counsels and participate in final negotiations. /li liPresent investment recommendations, Due Diligence findings and integration plans to the Board of Directors. /li liCoordinate signing and closing processes with all internal and external stakeholders. /li liPerform peer reviews and support other members of the MA team when required. /li /ul h3Post‑Merger Integration /h3 ul liSupport the preparation of Post‑Merger Integration (PMI) plans, including the 100‑Day Plan, in close coordination with Septeo’s PMI team before closing. /li liMonitor post‑closing obligations resulting from acquisitions, including earn‑out mechanisms. /li liFollow up on acquisition business plans and Value Creation Plans (VCP) after closing. /li /ul h3Key Performance Objectives /h3 ul liSuccessfully execute acquisitions aligned with Septeo’s strategic objectives. /li liBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of acquisition opportunities. /li liDevelop trusted relationships across the software industry. /li liMaintain accurate tracking of acquisition targets, including company information and interaction history.
