You will work closely with our existing AI engineer and product team to take AI features from an identified business problem through development, testing, deployment and ongoing improvement. /p h3What you will work on /h3 ul liAI voice agents for field-service workflows. /li liRetrieval‑augmented generation using company and customer knowledge. /li liTool‑calling and agentic systems connected to APIs and databases. /li liNatural‑language querying of structured operational data. /li liDiagnostic assistants that learn from historical service cases. /li liAutomated onboarding, reporting and business‑process workflows. /li liEvaluation systems for accuracy, faithfulness and reliability. /li liMonitoring latency, token usage, cost and production failures.



/li liPython APIs and services supporting AI products. /li liDeployment and operation of AI services in production. /li /ul h3Essential experience /h3 ul liAt least two years of substantial Python development experience. /li liHands‑on experience building an AI or LLM system used by real customers, employees or production users. /li liExperience with LLM APIs, RAG, tool calling, agents or structured model outputs. /li liBuilding REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django or an equivalent Python framework. /li liSQL databases such as PostgreSQL. /li liDocker and practical deployment experience. /li liUnderstanding of testing, monitoring, logging and failure handling. /li liAbility to explain what you personally designed, built and delivered. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and the ability to connect technical work to a business outcome. /li liGood working English. /li /ul h3Highly desirable /h3 ul liLangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or equivalent frameworks. /li liVector databases and embedding‑based retrieval. /li liAI evaluation tools and observability platforms. /li liPrompt‑injection protection and AI security controls. /li liAsynchronous Python and production API design. /li liAzure, AWS or Google Cloud. /li liVoice‑agent or speech‑system development.

It is not a remote or hybrid position. /p pApplicants must already have unrestricted permission to work in Spain. AFS cannot provide visa sponsorship for this vacancy. /p pThe approved salary range is €30,000-€33,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
