Allianz Consulting accelerates strategic initiatives and shapes how insurance and digital transformation come together across the enterprise. /ph3What You Do /h3ulliDeliver strategic consulting services to Allianz Group entities, focusing on business transformation, market positioning, and operational excellence. /liliLead strategic initiatives including market entry, growth strategy, digital transformation, operations improvement and organizational redesign. /liliConduct in-depth analysis of business models, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. /liliFacilitate workshops and strategy sessions with senior stakeholders to align on goals and execution plans. /liliSupport change management and implementation planning for strategic programs. /liliMentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership. /liliDrive business development efforts including proposal creation and client relationship management. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliExcellent Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field. /lili5–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in strategy or management consulting. /liliDemonstrate knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation. /liliStrong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in strategic planning,
