ppIn the HR IT domain, the Project Manager leads initiatives related to the implementation, transformation, and optimization of HR systems and platforms. This includes core HRIS/HCM systems, payroll, talent management, workforce management, and employee experience solutions. The role focuses on enabling efficient HR operations, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and enhancing employee lifecycle management through scalable and user‑centric digital solutions. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine project objectives, scope, deliverables, and detailed plans (timeline, budget, risks). /li liManage resources (team, budget, equipment) and ensure efficient allocation. /li liLead and motivate the project team, assign tasks and ensuring accountability. /li liCoordinate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication across IT and business. /li liMonitor project performance, costs, risks, dependencies and apply corrective actions. /li liEnsure compliance with IT standards (security, architecture, operations) and HT regulation (GDPR). /li liSupport testing phases (SIT/UAT), ensuring alignment with HR processes and user needs. /li liPrepare project status updates, reports at different levels, and final project closure documentation. /li liAdhere to the Global Template business processes and address deviations to General Process Owners for approval before finalizing the solution. /li liEnsure structured handover to operations (Service Owner / Service Manager), including documentation and SLAs. /li /ul h3Specific experience in Human Resources IT related projects /h3 ul liProven delivery of HR IT projects such as: /li liCore HRIS / HCM implementations (SAP HCM,
SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) /li liPayroll system implementations or transformations /li liTalent management (recruitment, performance, learning) /li liTime attendance / workforce management systems /li liEmployee self‑service and digital workplace HR solutions /li liStrong understanding of HR processes: /li liHire‑to‑retire lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, payroll, offboarding) /li liOrganizational management, personnel administration, compensation benefits /li liExperience integrating HR systems with: /li liERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) /li liIdentity access management systems /li liFinance and time tracking systems /li liPayroll and recruitment platforms /li liExperience managing vendors and system integrators in SaaS HR implementations. /li liKnowledge of data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, labor laws). /li liFamiliarity with ITSM processes and tools (ServiceNow or similar). /li liExperience with data migration, master data governance, and reporting/analytics (HR dashboards, KPIs). /li liUsed to governance models, operational readiness validation, and SLA/KPI management. /li liStrong stakeholder management: HR leadership, HRBPs, IT teams, data privacy officers, external vendors.
