From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Let's get in touch. /p h3What you'll be doing /h3 ul liManaging the monthly accounting close process and bookkeeping while collaborating with the Shared Service Centre /li liOverseeing month-on-month movements in the GL /li liCollaborating with our Global Tax team on VAT and CIT filings /li liManaging local audits and local taxation /li liSupporting the launch of new branches /li liActing as the point of contact for all finance-related matters for the entity /li liLeading automation projects /li liImproving processes to boost the efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through both automation and control measures /li /ul h3What you'll need /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in a related position (4+ if you're a qualified accountant) /li liExperience as an external auditor with some financial services industry experience, or as a financial controller or accountant in a large organisation /li liKnowledge of local direct/indirect tax regulations in Mexico /li liA solid understanding of how to apply IFRS standards /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in a Big 4 firm or in financial control within financial services or banking /li liExperience working in a similar role managing entities /li liThe ability to work with SQL for analysis and reporting /li liExperience working with NetSuite /li /ul h3Compensation range /h3 ul liKrakow: PLN15,300 - PLN17,000 gross monthly* /li liPoland: PLN15,300 - PLN17,000 gross monthly* /li liOther locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process /li /ul p*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience /p pBuilding a integral financial super app isn’t enough.
