Whether you’re the right fit for our strongItaly /strongoperations or for the broader strongWest Europe /strong region, we’d love to hear from you. /ppBased in either strongRome /strong(Italy Ops) or strongValencia /strong(West EU Ops), the Deputy Operations Manager will support day-to-day operational performance in their region – working closely with our local leaders, office teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure every trip runs safely, smoothly, and in line with Intrepid’s values. /ppYou’ll help oversee trip operations, drive quality and safety, coach and develop leaders, manage supplier relationships, and assist with compliance and incident response.
