specialist and Area Support Office positions. /liliPartner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruitment strategies and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. /liliSource and engage diverse talent through direct sourcing, networking, social media, referrals and other innovative attraction methods. /liliConduct competency-based interviews and manage candidate assessment throughout the recruitment process. /liliBuild and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. /liliCoach and support hiring managers on recruitment best practice, interview techniques and selection decisions. /liliDeliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding. /liliSupport employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, hotel openings and business growth projects. /liliUtilise recruitment analytics and market insights to continuously improve hiring performance. /liliMaintain accurate recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and Diversity, Equity Inclusion principles. /liliSignificant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within hospitality, retail, multi-site or another fast-paced international environment. /liliProven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels. /liliStrong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills using a variety of recruitment channels.
