As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for a Legal Compliance Manager to lead and shape our legal and compliance function. /p pIf you're looking for a role where you can have real ownership, work closely with the business and contribute to the growth of an innovative technology company, we'd love to hear from you. /p h3THE OPPORTUNITY /h3 pThis is an opportunity to build and shape the Legal Compliance function of a fast-growing technology company. /p pAs our Legal Compliance Manager, you'll work closely with Leadership and partner with teams across Commercial, Operations and Quality to support strategic decisions, manage legal risk and ensure the business continues to grow responsibly. /p pYou'll combine hands-on legal work with strategic thinking, helping the company navigate commercial opportunities, international expansion and regulatory requirements while building scalable processes for the future. /p h3HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT /h3 h3Legal /h3 ul liLead NaviLens' legal function, acting as the main point of contact for legal matters across the business. /li liDraft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, distributors, partners and suppliers. /li liPartner with the Commercial team throughout the sales cycle, supporting contract negotiations and helping close commercial opportunities. /li liReview public and private tenders,



identifying legal requirements, contractual risks and opportunities. /li liAdvise on commercial law, corporate matters, data protection, intellectual property, confidentiality and other legal topics related to the company's activities. /li liSupport NaviLens' international expansion by adapting legal documentation and coordinating with external counsel where required. /li /ul h3Compliance Quality /h3 ul liLead the company's Compliance programme, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and promoting a strong culture of compliance. /li liDevelop, review and maintain internal policies, procedures and governance documentation. /li liSupport the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of quality certifications and management systems. /li liEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory and certification requirements across the organisation. /li liIdentify legal and compliance risks early, proposing practical solutions that enable the business to move forward safely and efficiently. /li /ul h3WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR /h3 pWe're looking for someone who combines strong legal expertise with a practical, business-oriented mindset and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. /p pIdeally, you'll bring: /p ul liA Law degree.
