This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide administrative and analytical support to the Compliance Team. /li liCollaborate with the management of the lifecycle of Compliance Policies and Procedures, ensuring their periodic review, update, and alignment with current regulations and internal standards. /li liDocument and formalize compliance processes through detailed process mapping to identify gaps, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistency and scalability. /li liDocument meeting minutes, key decisions, and compliance outcomes from AML Committees and working groups. /li liEnsure the timely tracking and follow‑up of all action items to meet regulatory deadlines. /li liContinuously self‑develop and enhance skill sets. /li liStay informed about compliance governance best practices and apply this knowledge to enhance compliance processes. /li liEnsure the company’s compliance with robust regulatory standards. /li liBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. /li liAdvanced English language skills. /li liDemonstrated experience in the related fields and ability to handle complex projects from start to finish.
