The team is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales commissions process globally, including data management, calculations, reporting, and stakeholder support. /p pThe team works very closely with Finance, Sales, HR, and senior leadership (including ELT), especially during commission plan design and implementation cycles. The team is highly dynamic and involved in both operational execution and strategic initiatives. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support the Commissions team in the administration and execution of global commission processes, as well as broader treasury-related activities. /p pThis is a hands‑on role where you will gain exposure to commission plan operations, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
