Operating in a dynamic technical environment, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure the ITSM platform evolves in line with business needs and delivers high-quality service management across the organization. /p pThe person is going to be working with bIvanti Neurons ITSM platform. /b /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage the configuration, maintenance, and basic development of the Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform under guidance /li liLead the integration of the ITSM tool by performing basic testing and documentation of system interfaces /li liApply ITSM processes and contribute to following ITIL best practices /li liAct as a support liaison, helping to coordinate with the client and third-party vendors on reported issues and minor improvements /li liAdvanced knowledge of databases, including MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
