This role is pivotal in delivering accurate reporting, driving performance through data‑driven insights, and taking full ownership of finance in a lean, dynamic environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee consistent and efficient financial reporting: Deliver monthly and annual financial statements within tight deadlines, in accordance with local standards and Sanoptis Group principles; onboard new entities, aligning processes and controls to Sanoptis standards. /li liDefine and communicate insights actions: Synthesize results into salient points and proactively identify and investigate deviations in financial and operational performance. /li liDevelop and own business forecasts: Produce accurate bottom‑up forecasts, aligned with Sanoptis' financial targets and business strategy; collaborate closely with local operations to understand dynamics and develop plans that address challenges and identify opportunities. /li liLeverage AI tools and systems in day‑to‑day finance work: Actively use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline reporting, forecasting, and analysis; in collaboration with Group Finance, evaluate and adopt new systems to increase automation in financial reporting and analysis. /li liManage treasury and liquidity: Implement efficient structures to forecast and optimize cash balances across Spanish entities, working closely with Sanoptis' Group Treasury team. /li liManage external stakeholders: Work in a lean setup and build relationships with a range of collaborators, including external accountants, local operations teams, Sanoptis' shareholding doctors, and banks. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 8 years of progressive work experience in finance roles,
