This is a unique role where you will act as our bfounding designer /b. It is a fast, lean, and obsessively accountable. You will be bthe /b design voice of the product: the person who owns the experience end-to-end, sets the quality bar, and makes the calls that shape how thousands of sales people interact with AI every day. /ppThis is not a role where you wait for tickets. You will improve what exists, fix the legacy we've accumulated while moving fast, and design what's coming next — the future of AI in voice and communication. You'll do all three at once, and you'll decide which trade-offs are worth making to ship. /ppThis role is for someone bsenior and self-directed /b — someone who already knows what good UI and good UX look like, and doesn't need a playbook to get there. You understand design systems, interaction patterns, and the difference between polish that matters and polish that doesn't.
